Anthony Howland is and independent consultant. Prior to this he was responsible for Client Relationship Management, EMEA with Milestone Group after a period as an independent consultant. Prior to this he was Chief Executive and a founding director of
Performa where his primary responsibility
was for product direction. With more than
20 years experience in Investment
Management, Anthony has extensive
knowledge of financial markets and
the systems that support them. Anthony
sits on many industry forums.

Prior to founding Performa, Anthony worked as an independent consultant with clients including INVESCO, Schroder Investment Management, Foreign & Colonial and Credit Suisse Asset Management. Worldwide projects have seen him spend parts of his career in London, New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Anthony has also worked as a quantitative portfolio manager for Bankers Trust Investment Management with responsibilities including asset allocation and currency overlay strategies. He is UK based.

Anthony has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Manchester University and is a member of the UK Investment Performance Committee (UKIPC). He is also a member of the Verification/Practitioner Subcommittee of the GIPS Executive.

Colin Morrison is the founder or Paradigm Investment Consulting. He provides consulting services on the broadest range of elements within asset management.

Prior to starting his own consultancy, Colin held
senior positions within Risk and Performance
at Standard Life and Barings Asset Management.

Colin is UK based.
